Facilities
We offer a pleasant, ground floor meeting room with adjacent kitchen and toilets.
All ground floor areas are fully accessible. Room capacity approximately 50 people.
Committee room: this room is upstairs and seats 14 people around a long table. The room may not be rearranged.
NB. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Room hire rates**
Meeting room or Committee room:
Charity rate:£10.00 per hour.
Commercial: £15.00 per hour
Public meetings (eg Annual General Meetings): £30.00 - £50.00 per booking.
A refundable deposit of between £50.00 and £100.00 may be requested to cover damages.
** Concessions are available for local community groups and unfunded organisations.
NB. A ‘key charge’ of £16.00 per session will be applied at weekends and evenings (ie. outside of normal office hours 10.00 – 6.00 pm Monday–Friday).
